Hello and Welcome to The Little Peoples Workplace.  I have been an early childhood educator for 15 years.  My credentials include extensive training in curriculum, health & safety, professionalism, community, child growth & development, observation & assessment using The Ounce Scale, Maryland Model for School Readiness (MMSR) framework and The Work Sampling System (WSS).  I currently hold an AAS degree in Early Childhood Teacher Education, Child Development Associate credential (CDA), and the Maryland State Department of Education Credential Level 5.  I have had many years of working with people; but it gives me no greater pleasure than to work with the little people of our society. Children are our future and it is such a wonderful experience to be able to work with them as they discover, learn, and grow.  I am excited to have the opportunity to partner with families in the growth, development, and education of our "leaders of tomorrow."
